Enoiche Illusioni nasce nel 2007 dalla voglia di Jacopo Cossater, giornalista, comunicatore e wine blogger di origine veneta trapiantato a Perugia, di creare un diario di viaggio personale che lo accompagnasse nella curiosa esplorazione di una sua grande passione: il vino.
Assaggio dopo assaggio, l’amore per questa bevanda è rimasto invariato nel corso del tempo e trapela senza fatica dai post che Jacopo scrive con cura ed eleganza, senza mai cadere nei ricorrenti e banali artifici retorici che descrivono i vini solo come “abbastanza equilibrati”, “abbastanza morbidi” o “abbastanza secchi”. Come lo stesso Jacopo specifica all’interno del blog, “(…) Se scrivo di una bottiglia amo dare un voto mentale. E’ un metodo mio, piuttosto empirico, che prende un po’ (un bel po’) delle votazioni centesimali imparate durante i corsi degli anni scorsi ed un po’ dall’emozione che un vino trasmette.(…)” Appunti di degustazioni, storie di vigne e cantine e appuntamenti passati e futuri, sono gli ingredienti principali che costituiscono la struttura portante di Enoiche Illusioni, blog ricco di spunti utili e approfondimenti appassionanti relativi al settore vitivinicolo.
